The Rock CC is a newly planted church located at BEMS led by Pastor Notoshia D. Howard, MDiv. Our Vision is to raise an army of kingdom-minded, loving, and transformative representatives who will transform lives and communities. We love people who are excited about God and excited about our neighbors. Come join us on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m.

Dr. Notoshia Howard

Dr. Notoshia D. Howard is the founding pastor of The Rock Christian Church, located in Brownsburg, Indiana. Pastor Notoshia is a Staff Chaplain at IU Health. She recently completed her Doctor of Ministry at Christian Theological Seminary. She is married to Pastor Eddie D. Howard Sr., MDiv. who's also a Chaplain at IU Health. They have five children and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies are fishing and reading. Her passions are preaching and serving.
