Description
The Kiwanis Club of Brownsburg's biggest service community service project!
They will be working with the Brownsburg Parks Department and the BASE program participants and will help approximately 190 children between the ages of 6-12 learn to ride a bike and/or improve their bike handling skills. As Brownsburg expands access to trials for exercise and pleasure, it is important safe practices (ie proper signals, braking, proper helmet adjustment, looking both ways when crossing, etc) be developed.
It is amazing how many of these kids we teach to ride. They are so proud of their accomplishment and can’t wait to show their parents. Pretty rewarding for the teachers too!!
