The Brownsburg Lions Extravaganza starts on June 29 and lasts through the fireworks on July 4.
The event has been continuous since 1969 and it provides a welcome outlet from the restrictions of the last couple of years.
The carnival, food kitchen and corn tent will be found at Arbuckle Acres Park. Every night is wrist-band night.
The parade will start at Brownsburg High School on O'Dell, travel north to Tilden and then north on Green Street to Enderly.
The rules this year require "all" parade drivers to attend a Safety Meeting conducted by the Brownsburg Police Department on June 21 and June 23 at 6:00 PM. Candy may be "distributed" only by wakers--not thrown from a float.
Lions invite you to participate in all the activities and enjoy the freedom represented by the 4th of July Celebration.
Questions may be directed to Ray Furner at 317-406-7012.
